27/4/13 – Red

An amazing trio of tapas prepared by Mr Pimienta en Grano – salmorejo (chef’s speciality), pincho de chistorra, and jamon con melon. The highlight of a day spent doing very little apart from cleaning out the fridge, horribly burning the roof of my mouth on some strawberry sauce, realising I can no longer drink hot liquids post  burn, bravely looking for recipes to make strawberry and black pepper jam in spite of my scarring experience, and finally discovering a place that sells fresh good quality basil! Score!
