20/4/13 – Paellera

After biting the bullet and buying ourselves a paellera (or paella – the name originally comes from the name of the pan it is cooked in), we had to make paella! I am admitedly not the world’s biggest paella fan, but this version featuring  homemade chicken stock, garrofon (butter beans)  and the tender touch of Mr Pimienta en Grano had me sold. He got his recipe from a Valencian friend which obviously made it all the more authentic!
