15/3/13 – Meseta

Took this photo on a break to stretch our legs on the 3 hour drive down to Linares. There were 5 of us this time, and it was a definite squeeze. I love looking out the window and seeing how the landscape changes. The city turns to industrial sprawl, which in turn becomes vast green emptiness, before changing dramatically to rocky hills, ravines, and the most olive trees you will ever see in your life.

So much drama at work today, my class was fuming about their exam results, which I have to say was understandable. At least 6 students stormed out, 2 came to join my alternate class, and many tears were shed. It is so nice to not have any responsibility for giving our marks!
